Key Responsibilities:
Team Development: Recruit, train, andmotivate 10 new salesteam members, ensuring they stay engaged and
perform consistently.
Sales Generation: Drive the team to meet and exceed salestargets by implementing effective salesstrategies
and fostering a high-performance culture.
Retention & Motivation: Continuously motivate and develop the team to ensure long-term retention and
consistent sales output, using tools and performance tracking systems.
Qualifications:
Experience: 6-10 years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the industrial or B2B service
sector, with a track record of building and managing a successful sales team.
Skills: Strong expertise in team leadership,salesstrategy, CRM usage, performance tracking, and motivating
teams to meet ambitious sales goals.
Focus: Ability to train and develop new team members while driving consistent sales growth through hands-on
leadership and accountability mechanisms.
Team Handling Experience: Minimum 5+ years.
Team Size: Managed a team of 6 members.
Revenue Target: Proven ability to generate ₹50 lakhs+ per month.
